ok, so when i woke up this morning, my plans for the day were as follows:
11:15-village inn Bible study & eat pancakes
12:45-batman movie at the ridge
3:30-blog/flickr/edit photos
6:00-jeopardy
6:30-wheel of fortune
7:00-do whatever
?:??-sleep
well, it's 3:00 right now & this is what my day has looked like SO FAR:
11:15-village inn Bible study & i did eat pancakes
12:45-hang @ jessica's parents house & talk about our cell phones (jess & i decided not to go see batman because of a review from a friend that said it was really dark)
1:15-hang @ my house w/ jessica & solve world peace (girl talk)
2:30-let dogs inside from sweltering heat, forgetting that i had turned the house alarm on (like you hadn't already figured it out-the alarm sounded and i shut it off...quickly)
2:31-tell dad that i'm safe & how stupid i am & that if the police call him, it was my fault
2:40-log on to computer & check flickr
2:45-police show up wondering what happened & i told him how stupid i am & that all was ok
3:00-i tell you how stupid i am & that all is well within my house
so you see, my day was not exactly what i expected it to be. but it has been one of the most exciting days of my entire summer. (sad right? i know, i know) so i leave you with this gold nugget of wisdom:
“The best things in life are unexpected - because there were no expectations.”
-Eli Khamarov
i hope that something unexpectedly beautiful happens to you today. God bless.

i'm praying for you... (insert uproarous laughter here)
Wow! I shouldn't have left when I did...sounds like I missed all of the police excitement. :)
Thanks for hanging with me that day; it was nice to solve the problems of the world with you!
